Torun Israelsson works as a project manager at the Energy
Agency for Southeast Sweden. She holds a masters and a
licentiate degree in International Business Administration and
Economics. She has work experiences within sustainable
development for different types of organisations as well as
capacity building for innovation and creativity and also
leadership within projects and linear organizations.

Fredrik Mårdh works as a project manager at the Energy Agency for Southeast Sweden. Fredrik has many years of experience in sustainable mobility with a focus on logistics and freight transport at the regional, national and international level. Over the last five years, Fredrik has been coordinator of projects for co-pack distribution in the public sector. Moreover, he served as a key-person in case studies as well as procurement and implementation phases. Since last year he also operates the national network called KOSAVA.

Ieva Budraite works as a project manager at the Green Policy Institute in Vilnius (Lithuania). She holds a Master Degree in Public Administration and Management and is an expert regarding public policy analysis.  Due to former work experiences within the nongovernmental sector and environmental campaigning, she has expertise in the field of public awareness raising and active involvement. Sarune Dargyte-Kregzde works at the Green Policy Institute in Vilnius (Lithuania). She is an expert of public relations and communication. Stanislaw Iwan is an associate professor at the Maritime University of Szczecin, Faculty of Economics and Engineering of Transport – Department of Transport Systems. Area of his research include e.g. city logistics, transport telematics and the utilization of artificial intelligence within the transport and logistics sector. He published numerous papers within his field of research and is member of several scientific associations and organizations. Moreover, he holds profound international and national project experiences within the transport and logistics sector and has valuable practical experiences e.g. concerning Freight Quality Partnerships, urban freight plans and the analysis of UFT emissions.

Kinga Kijewska is an assistant professor at the Maritime University of Szczecin, Faculty of Economics and Engineering of Transport – Department of Logistics. Her main research topics focus on the analysis of inner-city freight flows as well as the adaptation and implementation of innovative city logistics solutions. Moreover, she participated in many international and national city logistics projects. Due to these vast project experiences, she e.g. has profound experience in the establishment of Freight Quality Partnerships, the development of a pollution emissions model and the analysis of freight flows. Udo Onnen-Weber, Professor em. at Hochschule Wismar, University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design is the founder and director of the Competence Centre for rural mobility. His experience in all fields of rural development, public services for rural spaces and especially for mobility questions is based on diverse research and implementation projects in the last 20 years. He counts as one of the mayor mobility experts in Germany.

Rasa Baliuleviciene works as project administrator at the Rietavas Tourism and Business Information Centre. Since 1996 she has work experience as an international community development and rural development consultant. She is a team worker and practitioner – facilitating local actions for the development of the region. Hands on developing, implementation of “soft” projects which include design of innovations, community engagement, organization capacity building and sustainable development. While working in international teams both in Lithuania and in other countries such as Ukraine and Kosovo, she is aware of centralised decision systems and has experience working in multiethnic societies. Thereby, she demonstrates good communication and coordination skills. Her consulting topics cover:

Laima Dockeviciene is the director of the Rietavas Tourism and Business Information Centre. In 1996, she started working within the HR development sector. Since 2000 she is providing consultations on business development for start-ups and SMEs as well as project development and management for various organisations. She is an active player in promoting regional development, considering complexity and variety of themes and players and introducing brave pilots and innovations in practice. Ugnius Savickas is a management consultant and lecturer, corporate learning designer and programme manager.
