Public institution “Rietavas Tourism and Business information Centre” (RTVIC) is operating since 2002 and has two shareholders – Rietavas municipality and Lithuanian Employers Confederation. The aim of the Centre is to help business entities to enter and anchor into the market. RTVIC also promotes Rietavas municipality, it’s potential and attractiveness as a location for foreign and local investment. RTVIC clients are mainly small and medium entrepreneurs from Rietavas municipality, but also from other districts in Lithuania. For their clients RTVIC provide information, consultations, organise training and provide technical support. Since 2011 RTVIC is an active player in the Baltic Sea region, being engaged in two Strategy of Baltic Sea Region flagship initiatives, and series of Interreg projects. A professional team of RTVIC have experience in project management and administration and works with a broad network of experts, specialists, and social partners who become involved into projects or initiatives of the Centre, depending on their expertise. Rietavas Tourism and Business Information Centre will mobilize the stakeholders from Rietavas municipality to work on the project matters and promote internationalism in this work. RTVIC will support Rietavas municipality in development and implementation of the concept and provide assistance in coordination and cross-border cooperation matters. RTVIC will provoke discussions for finding innovative proposals and solutions and will be responsible for information campaign and dissemination of project results, promotion of LCL experts’ team services.
